酒莊介紹
我們在2010年種植葡萄,2011年注冊酒莊,2013年釀造了第一個年份的葡萄酒。博納佰馥共有葡萄園6.5公頃,每年出產1萬-2萬瓶葡萄酒。主要的渠道為極客愛好者,以及可提供侍酒服務的餐廳。同時,我們也立志于提供有關于中國葡萄酒的專業教育,已經開展了《酒莊審美》、《對比品鑒橡木桶》、《葡萄酒工藝基礎》、《生物動力法》等課程。
We started planting vines in 2010 and registered our winery in 2011, year 2013 was our first vintage. Domaine des Aromes has a total of 6.5 hectares of vineyards, producing 10,000 to 20,000 bottles of wine per year. Our target consumers are wine geeks and Michelin-starred restaurants in Shanghai. Meantime, we are also determined to provide professional wine-related courses in China. We have launched courses such as 'Winery Aesthetics', 'Appreciation of Oak Barrels, 'Fundamentals of Wine Oenology' and 'Biodynamic Method'.
