我們以“最小的酒莊”存在于中國精品葡萄酒圈,伴隨著《風土,生物動力法與博納佰馥》一書的出版,我們自詡擁有“最前沿的葡萄種植”。在這個地處偏遠、年產1萬多瓶酒、占地100畝的小酒莊里,還有兩位葡萄酒博士,兩位葡萄酒碩士,兩位法國國家釀酒師(D.N.O)每日親手完成最基礎的種植、釀造和維護操作,以下的成員介紹,將向您展現中國酒莊“最專業的團隊”。
Domaine des Aromes as the smallest winery in China has been winning a place in the Chinese premium wine industry. With the publication of the book ‘Terroir, Biodynamics and Domaine des Aromes’, we praised ourselves that we have the most ‘pioneering viticultural technology.’ The following introduction to our staff will show you a professional winery team in China.
穩定的臨時團隊
竇師傅一家兩代人是酒莊的臨時工:打個電話,第二天就來上班,事情不多,那就干兩個小時。這樣的合作模式已經超過10年了。葡萄田、車間、酒窖或是封蠟貼標打包發貨,酒莊里的每個工序他們都熟練掌握。雖為“臨時工”,卻可靠又穩定。
We are a family of two generations, and we have been working as temporary workers for the winery for more than 10 years. If we get phone calls, we come to work the next day. If there is not much to do, we don’t mind working for two hours only sometimes. We are familiar with every process, detail, and intention of the winery. We are also the close neighbors and friends of all staff at the winery.

多莉&希拉:
一母一公兩只拉布拉多犬,體型很大會撒嬌,非常熱情。
老劉&小黃:
老劉是公鵝,看家護院會叨人。小黃是公貓,特別懶。
羊群:
兩只奶羊兩只山羊,能吃,親近人,在園子里四處游蕩。
Indispensable team members
Xiao Tun:
Daughter of Miao and Shuai— talks a lot and laughs loudly, is the soul of the team.
Duo Li & Xi La:
Two labrador retrievers—big sized, very needy and enthusiastic in front of people.
Lao Liu & Xiao Huang:
A gander and a tom-cat—the gander is aggressive and the cat is super lazy.
Sheep:
Two males and two females—they eat a lot and wander in the vineyard all day.
